Low overheads mean our fees are lower than larger architectural practices and make quality design affordable 

on a tight budget.

The initial consultation is free of charge, after which a quote will be tendered for your acceptance.

Fees are charged at our standard hourly rate or on a fixed price basis, depending on the quantifiable nature of the design brief.

Design / planning and building regulation stages are quoted separately, so you do not pay for work that may not be needed.

​

Our fees exclude Local Authority submission charges, structural engineering calculations or any other third party charges that may be required. Modifications to design after plans are completed will be charged at standard hourly rate.
