​Ward​design is small practice based in the port of Brixham, serving clients in Torbay, South Hams and Teignbridge. Its principal, Mark Ward, has many years experience in engineering and architectural design.



After developing many properties of our own, we know the reality of implementing paper designs in the real world and recognise the importance of designing what is appropriate to a given budget. Careful design can produce great savings in overall build costs.



We utilise 2D & 3D CAD and transfer all information electronically where possible. We understand the importance of good communication, using plain English and building an amicable, productive relationship with each client.
